Offices - Scope of Work

For our corporate and commerical clients, we have expanded our scope of work for offices to include many cleaning points not traditionally offered by other janitorial vendors.

• Empty trash receptacles and remove trash to designated area. Liners are always placed in containers as required.
• Spot clean walls and doors around light switch plates and door handles.
• Vacuum carpeting, rugs, and mats. Vacuuming procedures used will minimize airborne pollutants and allergens from environment.
• Spot clean carpet & rug stains up to 6 inches in diameter.
• Dust all horizontal surfaces using "capture" technique.
• Wipe up coffee cup rings and similar soilage from exposed desk top surfaces. (Loose papers on desktops will NOT be disturbed).
• Sweep and/or dust mop hard surface floors.
• Damp mop hard surface floors.
• Empty, wet wip and dry polish ashtrays in smoking areas if applicable.
• Spot clean partition glass using streak free cleaner.
• Arrange chairs neatly around conference table and/or desk areas.
• Dust vertical surfaces of office furnishings.
• Dust window sills and ledges.
• Dust blinds twice monthly.
• Dust pictures, frames and door sills monthly.
• Clean and disinfect telephone handsets twice monthly.
• Dust air vents monthly.
• Dust return air grills monthly
• Remove cob webs from corners, ceilings and windows monthly or as needed.
