Common Areas - Scope of Work
For our corporate, commerical and/or residential clients, we have expanded our scope of work for living and common areas to include many cleaning points not traditionally offered by other janitorial vendors.
- Police immediate outside entrance for obvious trash, dirt and debris.
- Sweep/vacuum entrance matting.
- Spot clean entrance glass and doors using streak free glass cleaner.
- Empty and wipe clean ash trays and cigarette urns.
- Empty trash receptacles and remove trash to designated areas. Liners will be placed in containers as required.
- Clean, disinfect and dry polish drinking fountain.
- Spot clean and dry polish mirrors, bright metal work and directory boards.
- Spot clean walls and doors around light switch plates and door handles.
- Thoroughly dust furniture and furnishings.
- Damp wipe coffee cup rings and similar soilage from exposed surfaces.
- Arrange magazines and/or periodicals in an orderly fashion.
- Clean and damp wipe reception counter. Damp wipe all hand rails.
- Damp wipe all handicap rails and fixtures.
- Sweep/dust mop all hard surface floors.
- Damp mop all hard surface floors to remove spillage and soil.
- Vacuum all carpets, rugs and entrance mats (if applicable).
- Spot clean carpets, rugs for stains/spills up to 6 inches in diameter.
- Police stairwells for trash and debris.
- Dust and wipe clean plant containers weekly.
- Clean and disinfect telephone handsets twice monthly.
- Dust door sills, window sills and ledges weekly.
- Spot clean walls and doors monthly.
- Dust blinds twice monthly.
- Clean elevator door tracks weekly, if applicable.
- Dust pictures and picture frames monthly.
- Sweep and spot mop stair wells monthly or sooner if requested.
- Dust stair well hand rails monthly, or sooner if requested.
- Dust chair, table and other furniture legs monthly.
- Dust air vents monthly.
- Dust return air grills monthly.
- Remove cob webs from corners, ceilings and windows monthly or sooner if needed.
