For our corporate, commerical and/or residential
clients, we have expanded our scope of work for living and common
areas to include many cleaning points not traditionally offered
by other janitorial vendors.

Police immediate outside entrance for obvious trash, dirt
and debris.
Sweep/vacuum entrance matting.
Spot clean entrance glass and doors using streak free glass
cleaner.
Empty and wipe clean ash trays and cigarette urns.
Empty trash receptacles and remove trash to designated areas.
Liners will be placed in containers as required.
Clean, disinfect and dry polish drinking fountain.
Spot clean and dry polish mirrors, bright metal work and directory
boards.
Spot clean walls and doors around light switch plates and
door handles.
Thoroughly dust furniture and furnishings.
Damp wipe coffee cup rings and similar soilage from exposed
surfaces.
